Our Approach:

Our approach to Executive Leadership Coaching involves Transformational Coaching designed to help clients re-invent the way they relate to themselves and others. This is a brief program that can take place in as little as 90 days and typically begins with training in some distinctions of leadership and ends with a 90 days of high impact to coaching to apply those principles to your real life work.

Transformational coaching focuses on the behavioral aspects of leadership:
  • How people actually interact with one another
  • How leaders can behave contrary to what they say
Our coaching program helps client identify these incongruencies when they happen and intervene in relationships with staff and peers.

The coaching relationship teaches clients to investigate hidden assumptions and unexamined beliefs, and helps them be accountable for the effects of their behavior on the organization’s people and outcomes. This results in improved efficiency and increased retention.

Transformational Coaching is action coaching that invites clients to experience themselves in new ways through real-time situation specific discussions - providing immediate confidential consulting on current issues and concerns confronting them such as handling difficult employee relations or negotiating a critical strategy, implementation or relationship.

  • 3 half hour calls and up to 5 e-mails or faxes per month. Ideal for establishing longer-term personal, professional and career strategies.  
#2 - Frequent Access
  • Up to 2 phone calls and 5 e-mails or faxes per week for review and suggestions. Ideal for important situations or projects requiring focused assistance.  
#3 - Unlimited Access
  • As many e-mails, phone calls, faxes, and letters as needed, responses not subject to normal business hours (e.g., a weekend call may be needed to prepare for a Monday morning meeting). Ideal for urgent and critical projects or issues.  
  • Call for pricing and to discuss the best option for you. 
  • In all options, calls are returned within 3 hours and e-mail within the same business day.
  • Conventional mail, courier packages, and faxes are reviewed and replied to within 24 hours.
How to Begin...
  • Send information on your position, goals, and what you expect from your Coaching Program by e-mail, fax, or regular mail.
  • Then we will have a telephone consultation (at no cost to you) to determine if I can meet your needs and if we are a match.
  • Once payment is made by check or credit card, we will set up a second phone conversation to discuss your particular needs and how best to proceed. (Since participation is limited, there may be a waiting list at times.)
