Executive Coaching for Women

Coaching for Professional Women:

Silicon Valley Executive Advisory is a woman - owned company that offers executive coaching customized for the professional needs of women on accelerated career paths, in high level executive positions, or in highly technical fields. Together we help women move forward into rewarding, satisfying careers while creating a personal mission that includes giving back and leaving a legacy to families and communities.

What experts are saying about
the need to coach women:

"A growing mound of research has revealed that women executives trounce men in nearly every aspect of performance. But a gender gulf remains in the most critical area: confidence."

- Michelle Colin, Business Week online

"Top females in Corporate America were far less comfortable challenging others than their male colleagues."

- Research study by The Leader's Edge

"The number one dysfunctional behavioral trait is the mothering urge which makes women interrupt their work, change their direction, and otherwise lose productivity and focus in order to accommodate a colleague, friend, or even a stranger. Women have a tougher time being healthily selfish, and saying NO!"

-Alan Weiss, President, Summit Consulting
