Assessment Services

A significant component of success at SVEA lies in our ability to help clients investigate their own current reality. We help individuals notice their conversations and the beliefs and emotions underneath them.

To help us in that journey, we utilize the Right-Hire Assessment, an empirically valid, completely objective assessment of an individuals thinking and decision making patterns. www.right-hire.com. This technology is not self- report, a feature that we believe is critical to an assessment’s credibility.

Why do we use it?

Imagine that you wanted to understand how well someone played the piano. One way to find out is ask the person to describe how well they play, similar to how a self-report test ask respondents to describe how they behave. But this way can be biased. After all, wouldn’t everyone like to think they play the piano well? Or, after all those piano lessons, we might think we should play the piano well and consequently report that we play better than we really do.

A better way to measure how someone plays the piano is to listen to them actually play it. This is how the Right-Hire Assessment measures a person’s unique pattern of decision-making and value judgments. In a 15 minute online ranking exercise respondents will have to “decide” what’s more important or less important in a series of mental tasks. Their decisions are then mathematically correlated to a universal logic of how people think. The results create a detailed picture of how the respondent makes decisions about people, tasks, order and structure, and themselves.

In all SVEA coaching programs we investigate our own conversations about current reality through experiential exercises, dialogue and conversation. The Right-Hire Assessment tells us where, in a person’s unique decision patterns, those conversations might live.

Are You Skeptical?

Then this assessment is for you. The Right-Hire Assessment is hard science backed up by Nobel Prize nominated research. It is a laser precise, objective, and empirically valid measurement of a person’s unique decision making patterns.
